The AskFly Pro Traveler subscription allows you to: (1) save your and your family’s passports and visas in the vault; (2) save your pet’s passport, details, and vaccinations; (3) save your travel preferences. This information is used by the AskFly AI agent to provide you with customized and accurate answers based on your profile.

AskFly offers a free tier with unlimited access to the AI agent chat. AskFly Pro is available as a monthly or yearly plan (yearly saves you ~24%). We also offer a limited Lifetime Founding Member tier — a one-time purchase capped at 500 members. See the plans page for current pricing.

Yes. You can cancel your AskFly Pro subscription at any time from the Billing page. You’ll keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period, then move to Freemium. Your saved documents stay on your profile.

AskFly is connected through partnerships to approved government and airline data sources to ensure reliable, up-to-date, and accurate information is given to its users.

AskFly deploys several measures to ensure that the information provided is as accurate as possible: (1) we use approved government and airline partner data sources only; (2) the AskFly AI agent has powerful guardrails to ensure a verified output every time; (3) the agent has restrictions in place ensuring only compliant answers are given to questions falling under approved categories.

There are currently no notifications available for search queries. Users receive up-to-date information at the time of asking the AskFly AI agent and are advised to repeat the question if they want to receive the latest information.

AskFly stores its data in North America, in secured Vercel datacenters, and follows GDPR-compliant procedures to ensure its security.

AskFly is available on the web today. Our iOS and Android apps are currently in development and will be available on the App Store and Google Play Store soon.
