ASKFLY COPYRIGHT POLICY

AskFly respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same. This policy describes what belongs to AskFly, what belongs to you, and how to report content you believe infringes your copyright.

AskFly Content

AskFly and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including software, design, branding, trademarks, logos, interfaces, text, graphics, compilations, databases, proprietary workflows, AI prompt structures, site content, app content, and materials.

Except for the limited right to use the Platform under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, or exploit AskFly content except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

"AskFly," its logos, branding, and related marks may not be used without prior written consent.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to AskFly (questions, uploaded documents, trip details, preferences, feedback). By submitting it you grant AskFly a limited license to host, process, and use it to operate the Platform, as described in the Terms of Service.

You represent that you have the right to submit anything you upload and that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights.

Reporting a Copyright Complaint

If you believe content on AskFly infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to team@askfly.ai with the following information:

1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

2. A description of where on the Platform the allegedly infringing material is located (URLs, screenshots, or a clear description).

3. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

4. A statement, made in good faith, that you believe the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review your notice promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. We may share your notice with the user who submitted the disputed content.

Repeat Infringers

AskFly may terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
